Ravi Goonetilleke initiated the Human Factors and Ergonomics program at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) in 1994. He has been in the field of Ergonomics for over 30 years. He is now a Professor and teaches Human-Centered Design at HKUST. His research interests are innovative design, product development and human performance modelling.
