International Award – ORP Congress 2026
THE ORP INTERNATIONAL AWARD, A PRESTIGE REFERENCE
The International ORP Foundation recognises each year the effort, talent and commitment of international organisations and entities that make an outstanding contribution to improving well-being in the workplace and to placing people at the heart of their organisations.
The ORP International Award is presented annually at the ORP International Congress and is open to international organisations and entities — public or private — that demonstrate their commitment to occupational risk prevention, workers’ integral health, and business innovation.
Submitted reports must document the most relevant initiatives in the field of occupational well-being, with particular attention to those in which innovation plays a defining role. All applications must demonstrate proven effectiveness in a real organisational environment, supported by data evidencing their positive impact. Pilot experiences and one-off or externally driven actions will not be accepted
The jury of the International ORP Award is composed of members of the ORP International Foundation’s Scientific Committee, with representation from universities across the Americas, Asia and Europe.
DECISION OF THE JURY
The jury will convene in an extraordinary session on 10 July 2026 at the headquarters of the ORP International Foundation. The outcome will be announced publicly on the day following the decision.
AWARD CEREMONY
The award will be presented at the ORP Awards and Recognitions Ceremony, taking place in Rosario, Argentina, on 29 September 2026.

BASES FOR THE AWARD
View rules
First
The ORP International Foundation, together with the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC), the Autonomous University of Chile and Carver University, announces the ORP International Award, the highest distinction awarded to an international company, organisation or professional in recognition of their track record in improving occupational health and safety management.
Second
Professionals, organisations, companies, corporations, public or private, that demonstrate their commitment to the dissemination and application of occupational risk prevention values, with the aim of improving occupational health and safety management, are eligible for these awards.
Third
The reports submitted must express the most relevant issues related to working conditions that highlight the preventive policies in use in the organisation.
Special attention will be paid to the sections on occupational health and safety and innovation.

The documentation may be sent either by registered post to the registered office of the ORP International Foundation or by email to the FIORP General Secretariat at natalia.mendez@fiorp.org, indicating ‘ORP INTERNATIONAL AWARD 2026’.

Reports may be written in Spanish or English.
Sixth
Anyone wishing to enter the Award must provide documentary evidence that there are no issues regarding the reproduction of the image of any persons appearing in the reports submitted, and that they have expressly obtained the necessary authorisations for the documents, images, music or any other content included therein, assuming all responsibilities that may arise from failure to comply with this rule.
Seventh
The Jury is recognised as having the power to interpret and supplement the common and specific rules of this call for entries.
Eighth
The deadline for submitting entries is 28 June 2026.
Ninth
Submission to the call for entries implies acceptance of the rules and the Jury’s verdict. Entries that do not meet the requirements set out in the rules will not be accepted.
Tenth
The Jury shall be composed of representatives of the entities organising the event. The Jury shall evaluate the reports submitted, taking into account their rigour, originality, initiative and effectiveness in reducing workplace accidents and improving working conditions.
Not only the short-term impact shall be taken into account, but also the medium and long-term impact.
Eleventh
The Jury may decide not to award the Prize.
Twelfth
The Jury may award honourable mentions in cases where it deems appropriate. An International ORP Prize, consisting of a sculpture, will be awarded to the selected professional, institution, company or organisation.
